I had been searching for a good set of used tires for my car for quite some time. I checked several used tire dealers and also looked through Facebook Marketplace. I unfortunately hit a pothole on the Yellowhead and it popped my tire. I reached out to Rick that same evening and he was at my house by 10am the following morning to find me a new tire and have the damaged one replaced. He is always so fast, responsive, and very kind. Efficient, professionalism, prompt, open clear communication is what I can say about Rick n his team. They left me saying wow it can be done n yes it was done. Anything to do with tire repair or tire change/swap I'll call on Rick n his team. No matter the weather they're there to put your mind n heart at ease. You won't miss the appointment or the party. Also I was informed that my wheels would need a re-torque n after the 100 kms. I called Rick gave him my location within 10 minutes he was there. Did his thing n I left. Very sincere gentleman n his team is as sincere n professional too. I highly recommend TIRE BOYS.
