I unfortunately hit a pothole on the Yellowhead and it popped my tire. I reached out to Rick that same evening and he was at my house by 10am the following morning to find me a new tire and have the damaged one replaced. He is always so fast, responsive, and very kind. Efficient, professionalism, prompt, open clear communication is what I can say about Rick n his team. They left me saying wow it can be done n yes it was done. Anything to do with tire repair or tire change/swap I'll call on Rick n his team. No matter the weather they're there to put your mind n heart at ease. You won't miss the appointment or the party. Also I was informed that my wheels would need a re-torque n after the 100 kms. I called Rick gave him my location within 10 minutes he was there. Did his thing n I left. Very sincere gentleman n his team is as sincere n professional too. I highly recommend TIRE BOYS.

I had a flat tire Friday night, which was stressful since I was away from home. The next morning, I found TireBoys Mobile Service with positive reviews. Rick responded quickly to my message, arrived on time, and repaired my tire at a reasonable price. He even checked the pressure on my other tires without being asked and offered a free re-torque after I drove 50 km. I highly recommend TireBoys for their dependable and professional service.

Tired of the time to take my vehicles to the dealership for tire swaps, I followed the recommendation of my neighbour and contacted Rick at TireBoys. Easy to communicate with Rick via text. Able to set up a convenient time to have both vehicles done. Danny came at the agreed upon time and completed the work in less than a couple of hours. Delivered on their promise. Looking forward to using them in spring to swap back!

Came out of a store today to find my one tire completely flat this morning. I called a few other businesses but they could not accommodate me for a few days, luckily I found TireBoys, and after reading multiple positive reviews, I gave them a call. Not only was he coincidentally only a minutes away from where I was stranded, but his price was almost half of what the others quoted.He showed up and was very professional and efficient. Patched up my tire on the spot and reminded me to give them a shout to get my tires retorqued after 50kms - they will come to me and it will be for free.Super thankful and highly recommended!!Job well done, thank you Rick 👍

I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from Tire Boys. Rick was super polite and quick to reply to my questions and gave me an honest all in pricing right from the start. It was refreshing that there were no hidden costs and what we agreed on is exactly what they delivered! It was also extremely convenient that they came right out to my house and picked up the tires and rims I needed swapped and had them back completed and ready to go not only the same day, but within a few hours of them being picked up. Based on my experience with them I highly recommend Tire Boys for your tire services!!

Absolutely terrible service. He made me wait over 30 minutes. After finally showing up, he broke the spare tire carrier while fixing my flat tire — which cost me $600 to replace, on top of the $180 charged for a simple 2-hour tire repair. Stay clear of this business.

I was so impressed by the very quick, very professional response from Rick to my flat tire situation. He tried to find the problem with the tire, showed me the potential problem, and suggested ways to deal with it. I decided to buy a used tire to replace the one I had, and Rick found the exact same brand and style. He quickly replaced my tire, right in my parking stall in my parkade. He also stressed how important it is to have the nuts on that tire torqued after 50 km. Thank you so much Rick.

I drove out to Edmonton for work and stayed at a hotel downtown. I realized my tired was flat the next morning but I had to go to work, so I left my car at the hotel. I called TireBoys and they were incredibly easy to work with. They went to my car, assessed the damage, texted me updates, and had it fixed in no time! Great company to work with, excellent service, very responsive, very kind, and fair cost. 10/10 recommend.

We had a really great experience with Tire Boys today. Our old BMW got a flat a couple of days ago and we were pulling our hair out, trying to figure out what to do. The car was parked on the street and our spare was also flat(we had never checked that when we bought the car used) Anyway, Rick (from Tire Boys) came out, took the tire back to the shop, brought it back fixed, installed it with a smile.He is my hero.

The difference between how your day goes after finding a flat!!! Extremely impressed with how fast they came on site, fixed it up and was on my way under 40 mins. Tireboys saved me again. Flat tire, Saturday morning. They added me in on their busiest day to put my spare in and take the tire away for a repair. Reliable, flexible and amazing service. Call them when you need new tires or a repair. November 2024If you are looking for skilled, professionals with exceptional service and responsiveness call TireBoys. Holiday Monday and they came to my home to repair my tire due to a screw puncture. Canadian Tire said unrepairable and new tires needed- not correct. Tire repaired right outside my home through TireBoys. Same charge as Canadian Tire. Call them for repairs or new tires service at your door and very reasonable price with unbelievable service.

Ok time for a review, over the years I’ve had two sets of tires put on by the Tire Boys from the comfort of my own living room no long waits at a shop somewhere, called the Tire Boys Boom done! Than this morning woke up to a flat tire (a nail) again boom done while I was sitting in my own living room having a coffee. Do not go to a tire shop for your tire needs just call the Tire Boys they come to you. Couldn’t be happier
