Ok time for a review, over the years I’ve had two sets of tires put on by the Tire Boys from the comfort of my own living room no long waits at a shop somewhere, called the Tire Boys Boom done! Than this morning woke up to a flat tire (a nail) again boom done while I was sitting in my own living room having a coffee. Do not go to a tire shop for your tire needs just call the Tire Boys they come to you. Couldn’t be happier

Left disappointed. I was told about Tire Boys and their great service from friends so when it came time for me to look for new tires I reached out to them for some quotes. Rick responded promptly which was appreciated. I wanted to be transparent and informed him I was also looking around at other dealers trying to find the best price. This seemed to upset him and he outright refused to provide me a quote and he recommended I take my business elsewhere. As per his recommendations he will not be receiving my business.

If you are looking for skilled, professionals with exceptional service and responsiveness call TireBoys. Holiday Monday and they came to my home to repair my tire due to a screw puncture. Canadian Tire said unrepairable and new tires needed- not correct. Tire repaired right outside my home through TireBoys. Same charge as Canadian Tire. Call them for repairs or new tires service at your door and very reasonable price with unbelievable service.

Excellent service. Called for an emergency flat, Rick came out 45 minutes later and changed my tire. Unfortunately the tire couldn’t be repaired so I booked him the next day to swap my tires out. Great price and excellent service. I will use them again and highly recommend.

Incredible service. I drive an older vehicle and went out in the afternoon to find one of my tires had completely deflated overnight. They came out within a couple hours of me submitting the request. Took my tire off, assessed the issue and offered multiple options. The solutions were very affordable. The level of knowledge and care was exceptional. I will absolutely be calling them in future.

I needed my tires changed from winters to summers on a long weekend. Found Tireboys on google and am so happy I discovered them. Its the convenience factor for me. They showed up at my house and changed my tires right in my driveway! I used them a second time when I needed a puntured tire changed. Great service and comparable pricing to going into a shop.

Rick and his son were awesome and incredibly friendly! Great communication on what I needed done and timing to come by. Had to drive to Calgary shortly after wheel change and they sent me their schedule to find a convenient location to meet for a re-torque before my highway drive. Also confirmed my tires were in great condition. Highly recommend. I’ll be using again come fall.

It was my first using the service. They came to my workplace which benefited me by:a) saving me the hassle of taking a different vehicle to workb) asking someone else to take my car to the appointmentC) taking half the day off from work to complete the task myselfThey were efficient! Took them 1hr from arrival to leaving. I had 4rims/8wheels so it wasn’t just simply a removal of spring and placing with winter tires. They are pricier than Costco but keep in mind…A) you are paying for the convenience of them coming to youB) your time saved if your work hours aren’t flexible to go a placeC) I got an appointment in quickly so you minimize the risk of waiting for free opening/appointment and driving unprepared in the winter.Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

What I love about Tireboys is they are good at keeping the times they promise, and they will communicate appropriately to update you. Their work is excellent, and they are very honest when you ask their opinion on work that needs to be done, so you never have to worry about upselling, just honest advice you can take or leave. Thank you for having the tire service come to me rather than me going to the service! Seems like that’s the way it should be when something is wrong with your wheels 🙂

I was a bit skeptical at first as I have never used a mobile tire service.I Had a slow leak. Rick came out assessed the damage to the side wall. Educated me on why he couldn't repair. He was kind enough to source me an exact match for my tire and had me back in the road within a couple of hours. Amazing service!

Ordered a set of new tires and booked an appointment. Tire prices were competitive plus received a $200 discount as I booked before April 1 - big bonus! Got a call and email within 15 minutes to go over the order. The tires I ordered weren't in stock so they offered a better tire at the same quote I was provided. Tire Boys showed up on time and were in and out in 1/2 hour. Friendly and efficient service and oh so convenient. Offer a variety of payment methods. What more could a car owner ask for - easy to order and book, they come to the address you provide and pay on site. Highly recommend!!

I “ Sing Praises “ to the Company ....and the integrity of the owner ( Rick ) ! I took the time to get other quotes, from whomever answered my phone call. There was not a connection of great information, nor a sense of interest in the customer. Customer Service was lacking. The owner of tire boys, asked multiple questions regarding my driving needs, answered all my questions with utmost integrity and understanding and interest. Until the review was satisfied by owner & myself....the tires he advised , were quoted of price. The mobile service is marvellous! The “ boys” came, with the owner overseeing the job, and within 30 minutes the tires were replaced with the old ones taken away by them, at my request. He stressed the importance of calling him @ 100 km for additional service to the tires as well as rotation twice a year. An experience I will share with utmost confidence!Carol

I can't say enough positives about the guys at Tire Boys. There in my garage fixing a couple of tires as I write this. When it comes to tires they have looked after everything tire related for us for 10+ years. From buying new tires, rims, repairing flats, and seasonal change overs, the boys get it done and the best part is they come to our house! For our busy schedule, there's nothing better, we don't worry about tires any more, we just call Tire Boys. I recommend there services to everyone. Our extended family and many friends are customers because we trust and appreciate the high quality service and product we have received.

Great Service! Very convenient, did changing tires at my driveway, no need to leave my car the whole day at a dealership or Canadian Tire. Team are very friendly and knowledgeable, this is the only guy that remind me the importance of re-torque of your wheels after 100 kms upon changing the wheels, in which I never heard from dealers or Canadian tire. Highly recommended!

Brutal customer service! Went to meet tire boys on location instead of them coming to me and he had me wait an hour before he showed up. Then he threw Tires out of his truck and hit my vehicle with them and when his apprentice told him what he did, he denied it. He was very rude and over charged me, for rotation and a rubber change on 2 tires was $100. I must say his apprentice was very friendly and did a wicked job but I'd never recommend tire boys services to anyone.

Great experience with this company. They called to let me know they would be a bit late, but they were well worth the extra 15 minute wait. The cost in my opinion was more than fair. The tire guy explained locking wheels to me, which my dealership never has. They switched my summer tires for winter, and stacked the summer tires neatly in my garden shed for me. Job was done efficiently, and they explained the lug nuts must be tightened after 100km. Happy with the service, and very happy I did not have to lug my tires to the car dealership.

Tireboys from now on! Fantastic affordable flat-rate service, professional, friendly, punctual, respond right away to requests and are very accommodating. I love the fact, especially during COVID-19, that they come to you. They offer everything a fixed-tire business offers, including selling and installing tires! They also mark your seasonal tires so that they are properly rotated.These guys literally saved my life last year, when my Hyundai dealership never returned my calls, I needed my winter tires put on, before driving to Lethbridge from Edmonton in the worst snow storm I have ever had the stress of driving through. They also gave fantastic advice for removing factory locked lug nuts, as Alberta roads corrode the thread and they become literally impossible to remove in an emergency situation.

I have used tire boys to change my tires twice a year for the last 3 or so years. I used to have to get my hubby to follow me to the place I used to go, I'd leave my car overnight and we wud drive home. The next day we wud have to car pool to our places of work and later my hubby would pick me up from work and take me to pick up my car. What a pain in the rear it all was. I don't miss those days at all. Rick or his crew just shows up at my home or work and takes care of everything. Even with being isolated due to covid-19. They did everything and we didnt have any exposure. I cant believe how much time, energy and stress these guys have relieved for me. I only wish I knew about them sooner. But now that I know Im spreading the word.
